MABS - Miniature Air Bubble Sensor
INTROTEK® Non-invasive Mini Air Bubble, Air-in-line sensors, incorporate Introtek’s pulse ultrasonic technology into a very compact, free entry design. Perfect for Syringe and Infusion Pumps where space is limited. The Mini Air Bubble Detector is available with remote or integrated electronics. Chip integration, the most cost effective and elegant interface to a device is available as well. Each sensor is built to INTROTEK unsurpassed quality and is 100% factory-tested before shipment. As a value-added provider, INTROTEK will integrate special components to supply custom sensor packages.
Operating Principle
INTROTEK pulse-type ultrasound provides highly reliable, non-invasive air detection capabilities in critical applications where the safety of a patient or the integrity of a process is essential. Many of the variables which affect the accuracy of amplitude based on continuous wave ultrasound are greatly reduced, if not eliminated, by pulse-type technology.
